Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes. We have a minimum order of 10 gifts for Custom and Corporate Gift Design Orders (i.e. wedding welcome, bridal party, client appreciation). There are some exceptions to this minimum order so please reach out to inquire about different possibilities.

What is your lead time?

Each custom and corporate gift design is different. We would appreciate at least 6 weeks to complete design work, sourcing, assembly, and shipping. We do accept rush projects on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to ask and we will see what we can do.

Gifts in our Curated Gift Collection require no lead time and are ready to ship in 1 to 3 days business days. Allow for some extra lead time if you want to add additional items or make small changes to one of our Curated Gifts. Reach out if you have questions.

 

What are your delivery methods?

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS.  

Local Hand Delivery Service

Each hand delivery is on a case-by-case basis. Usually, we are able to hand-deliver gifts within the Boise and Meridian area.

Free Local Pick Up

Orders can be picked up from our Boise location. Please send us an email to set up a date and time.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the items in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the event, your box arrives in less-than-perfect condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right for you!
